A logbook service follows your vehicle manufacturer’s exact maintenance schedule. It includes all checks, parts, and fluids specified for your car’s make, model, and mileage, using approved oils and components to protect your new car warranty. The service is recorded, stamped, and signed in your logbook.

A basic (or general) service covers essential maintenance such as oil and filter changes, fluid top-ups, and safety inspections (brakes, tyres, battery). It helps keep your vehicle reliable between major services but isn’t tied to manufacturer warranty requirements.

However, many issues require us to inspect or diagnose the vehicle first. This is to ensure accurate quoting by confirming the exact issue, if other areas of the car are affected and confirm the correct parts required for your specific model. Diagnosis is from $160 per hour.

Yes, we are an Approved Inspection Station providing roadworthy certificates (RWC) for $100. If you are planning to sell your car, transfer registration to a new owner, or re-register your old vehicle, you will need a RWC/safety certificate. We can't do RWC's for trailers or motorbikes.
